The Luck of the Irish

I alway's liked to think that because I am from Irish decent, that every year on this day I would have extra good luck. However, over the years, the meaning of lucky has gone through a complete transformation for me. It used to be more about material items, but now it is realizing how blessed my life is and most of all how lucky I am to be surrounded by my amazing family and friends!
So today, rather than waiting to find a four leaf clover, I will be looking around at all the many beautiful things that surround me, like when my daughter and I were hiking this weekend. While we walk, I name the various areas we go through. Right after the 'Rocky Nook' there is a corner that I have named, 'Clover Glen'. We caught a great shot of the clovers in all of their green glory - these are the moments when I truly feel lucky...
